Subscription & Billing

Manage your subscription and payments from the Account screen.

New users start on the Free plan. Upgrade to Pro, Team, or Enterprise from Account → Subscriptions.

  1. Go to Account → Subscriptions.
  2. Switch the billing interval if needed (monthly or annual).
  3. Pick a plan:
    • Personal plans (Pro) take you straight to a secure checkout to complete payment.
    • Team plans open a dialog where you set an organization name and seat count, then continue to checkout.

From Account → User Details → Manage Subscription (or Account → Billing), click Manage Subscription to open the secure billing portal. From the portal you can:

  • View payment history and invoices.
  • Update your payment method.
  • Change plan or seat count.
  • Cancel the subscription.

The Manage Subscription button is shown for paid personal plans and for organization owners and admins.

Your current subscription status — for example, active, trialing, past due, canceled, or incomplete — is shown on the Subscriptions tab. If a payment fails, the system will automatically retry; you can also resolve it directly from the billing portal.

The Usage tab shows live consumption against every metric in your plan, including spreadsheet uploads, document uploads, database connections, cloud storage, queries, dashboards, and token usage.
