Authentication

DataXpert uses email and password to sign in, with a one-time email code on every login.

Sign up

1. Open app.dataxpert.ai and click Sign up.
2. Enter your email and a password.
3. Submit the form.
4. Check your email for a verification message.

Log in

1. Enter your email and password on the login screen.
2. DataXpert sends a 6-digit code to your email.
3. Enter the code on the verification screen to finish signing in.

If the code doesn’t arrive, use the resend option on the verification screen.

Forgot password

1. Click Forgot password? on the login screen.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Check your email for a password reset link.
4. Click the link and set a new password.

Sign out

Open the profile menu in the bottom-left of the sidebar and choose Logout.
