Plans & Pricing

DataXpert offers four plans — Free, Pro, Team, and Enterprise.

The Subscriptions page shows current prices and per-plan limits side by side. To see the comparison:

  1. Open the profile menu in the sidebar and choose Account Settings.
  2. Click Subscriptions.

Each plan shows its price, billing interval, and what’s included. Use the billing-interval toggle to switch between monthly and annual pricing.

  • Free — for exploring the platform.
  • Pro — personal paid plan for individuals.
  • Team — collaborative plan with per-seat pricing, organization management, and shared resources.
  • Enterprise — custom setup with volume pricing and dedicated support. Contact sales.

On Team and Enterprise plans, members have one of two roles:

  • Owner — full access. Manages billing, seats, and members.
  • Admin — manages members and shared data; can manage subscription details.

Manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices from Account → Billing (visible on paid personal plans and to organization owners), or from Account → User Details → Manage Subscription. The Manage Subscription button opens a secure billing portal where you can change your plan, update payment details, and download invoices.

DataXpert tracks usage in real time. Open Account → Usage to see your current period and how much of your plan you’ve used, across spreadsheet uploads, document uploads, database connections, cloud storage, queries, and dashboards.
